Classic album covered recreated in the Pelican art style! Phil Collins still looking a little creepy.

Happy Mother's Day to Andy's mom!
Watch the Mother's Day themed SNL sequel, "Motherlover" to Justin Timerlake and Adam Sandberg's Dick in a Box.
Hip hop legend Del the Funky Homosapien is offering his own version of the stimulus package for his fans. His latest album "Funk Man (The Stimulus Package)" was recently released as a free download. My girl Monica Herrera writes for Billboard:
...the rapper insists that for him, giving away an album was the only choice that made sense. "It was just sitting there, and nobody would've heard it ever, like the other 500,000 pieces of music I've got," says Del. "People are like, 'You're giving it away for free? What's the catch?' I'm like, 'There is no catch. You ain't gonna buy it. I know you ain't gonna buy it. But you might listen to it if I give it to you.' "
Download it here.
T-Mobile organized this mass karaoke session in London's Trafalgar Square on April 30 where over 13,500 people sang in unison "Hey Jude." [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orukqxeWmM0&fmt=18]
With the iPhone exclusive and their recent run of cool marketing videos, is the T-Mobile brand suddenly cool?
Contribute whatever dollar amount you can, if any at all, and download Wilco's terrific cover of The Jolly Banker by Woody Guthrie. Proceeds will go directly to the Woody Guthrie Foundation and Archives.

Donald Faison and his crew battle green aliens led by Lil Jon over some weed that's out of this world, quite literally, in this rap song. [funnyordie 2debf58bc2]
I believe this music video (Tommy Sparks' "She's Got Me Dancing" and directed by Eric Wareheim) is the bastard child between Tron and Ziggy Stardust. [vimeo=http://vimeo.com/3884738]

According to Wikipedia: Unchained Melody is "by Alex North and lyrics by Hy Zaret. It is one of the most recorded songs of the 20th century, by some counts having spawned over 500 versions in hundreds of different languages. In 1955, North used the music as a theme for the obscure prison film Unchained."

Like a real life Flight of the Conchords episode, this comedy duo of Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal (even their names are sort of similar to the HBO show characters) musically order their food at a couple fast food drive thrus. The ending of the Taco Bell one, which they swear isn't scripted, is particularly awesome. [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uwY3sjqYX0&fmt=18]
