This video directed by Michael Gondry ("Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and "Dave Chapelle's Block Party") is an oldie but goodie. [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4N3N1MlvVc4&fmt=18]

I personally think it's kind of creepy, but here's a soundboard with different laughs. YMMV: Your mileage may vary.

Les Paul, a music and guitar pioneer popped outta his mama today.
He invented multitracking and the first solid-body guitars. He played at the first "Jazz at the Philharmonic" concert, absorbed Django Reinhardt as a contemporary, and made more than 40 hit records. He had his own popular television show, with his wife, Mary Ford.
Here's an old clip of him playing from that show "The Les Paul & Mary Ford Show."

The Friday afternoon jump off jam is the fresh new debut single "So Damn Down" from Tanya Morgan. Love the video concept too. Highest of all high fives to Don Will and Co.

I'm feeling this song, Lady Gaga notwithstanding. [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XwxKVBNbrQ&fmt=18]

Cute brunette singing about beards while playing the ukele? Okay. Sure. Sign me up. [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xe3Vsbsb33Q&fmt=18]
Poplicks explains why the popular above sentiment is factually incorrect.
The Pooh quote is only sweet if the two people are born on the exact same day.
Thus, the sample picture in the frame is totally inappropriate. If the toddler in the picture were to say that quote to his mother and it became true, he would live to see his mother die and then survive off his inheritance for at least another decade.
The only appropriate picture would be one of twins.
The next issue to address is of course, Pooh's CRAZY addiction to honey.
Sometimes there just isn't any other explanation other than that it just ain't gonna work out. Anyway, I dig this song and video. [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBKx8PyE5qQ&fmt=18]
Coldplay is giving away for free a new live album, Left Right Left Right Left [Insert Contra code here]. They say it's to say thank you to their fans, but the marketing cynic in me says its a not-so-transparent effort to collect opt-in e-mails...
More awesome music videos like this one, which "was filmed over one lively night in Soho (8pm to 5am)" with "a body harness attached to the actress." [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7zYpITAhKQ&fmt=18]
My favorite band, Wilco is streaming their new album a month ahead of its launch on their website.
Pascal Kleiman is a DJ who uses his feet to spin music on account of having no arms. Here's a video of him in action:
