The perplexed "what the hell am I supposed to do with this" look on the girl pictured above is great. Today I could see this same ping pong table being displayed at the Armory Show as some contemporary art piece.
If you'll permit a little bit of juvenileness here, I got a chuckle out of this catch spotted by a photographer I follow as he flew over somewhere near Denver.
AMERICA.
The G8 summit is taking place right now in Northern Ireland and to impress its powerful visitors the small town of Enniskillen cleaned itself up but not without some controversy whereby "much attention has been drawn to the Potemkin-village storefronts, which many residents say are a disingenuous effort to hide signs of economic decay."

It cracks me up that Lance Wakeling decided to take what I consider the biggest architectural eyesore in Manhattan, which I've previously ranted about, and turn it into "art."

This peculiar house is from photographer Juliane Elrich's series "Korea Diary," which I really liked. Some of them like this and this reminded me of my early childhood years there.
