Pelé simply allows the pass to run on—to the goalie’s left—as he swerves the other way and then circles back to collect the ball. Of course, he ends up missing—it’s the greatest goal never scored—but that hardly matters. If anything, the fact that he misses seems to intensify the aesthetic quality of the move.

The (great) Patriots have a safety named Patrick Chung. I looked him up on Wikipedia which had the following interesting bio:
Chung is of Chinese Jamaican descent, his father being half-Chinese Jamaican, half-Afro-Jamaican and mother Afro-Jamaican. He has four brothers and three sisters. Chung's mother, Sophia George-Chung, was a top Jamaican reggae artist in the 1980s. Her song, "Girlie Girlie," released in 1985, was a number one hit in Jamaica and made it into the Top 10 in the United Kingdom.
