My friend sent me this photo snapped in Beijing by her brother of what I think is a restaurant, but I'm not too entirely sure.
[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIcPCr1y18U] One of my favorite YouTube comics (who has a mean voice) David So and Paul Kim, another popular singer on YouTube takes the viewer on a journey of R&B music in this collaboration along with a jaw dropping surprise guest appearance around the 2:52 mark. After you watch this you will want to go to karaoke stat.

I love NYC. It's my home, but I wouldn't mind a week at one of these cabins so I can finally finish this book.

Despite the serious legal implications for content sharing, the best thing so far to emerge from the Megaupload shutdown has been Kim Dotcom (Yes, the website's owner changed his surname from Schmitz to DOTCOM) and the photo above that best illustrates his Hype Williams rap video lifestyle: "He surrounded himself with glamorous women and fast cars bearing number plates such as “GUILTY”. He likened himself to Dr Evil, a movie villain, though he looks more like Dr Evil’s henchman, Fat Bastard."
[vimeo=http://vimeo.com/35109750] Skip to the 0:23 mark to see why this still life "painting" by Scott Garner is brilliant and blog worthy, because you know, "blog worthy" is the ultimate compliment in life 2.0.
Brittany Powell's sandwiches inspired by various iconic artists. Don't miss Brittany's series of self-help books: My favorite is the two part series, "Take Control" and "Give Up Control."
On this date exactly 32 years ago, a singer by the name of Prince made his national television debut on American Grandstand. A handsome baby who would grow up to blog under the nom de plume "MRod" was also born on this exact same date.
Am I the only one that is reminded of the "Mexican standoff" scene from the "murder" episode of The Office when watching these Republican primary debates?
Follow up question: Am I the only one that still watches The Office?
Two vegan drivers (in Colorado and Tennessee) have had the above vanity plate expressing their love of tofu rejected by state officials.
As a tofu lover myself I'm outraged.

As movie studios ramp up their campaigning for the Oscars, here are some tongue-in-cheek promotional posters.

It's a bit kitschy, but I like these stamp paintings of Molly Rausch. She takes actual stamps and expands the landscape.

Warren Buffett at the re-opening of Jay-Z's club 40/40 in NYC.
In case you weren't sure, Buffett's the (rich) bro on the left obvi. Also, why is AJ wearing a Harry Potter scarf?
A new study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association states that there is evidence for the so-called "broken-heart syndrome" which suggests that the pain of losing a close loved one is so heartbreaking, literally, that it can trigger a heart attack (Wasn't this the ending of The Notebook or Predator or something?). The study found that...
...a person’s heart attack risk is 21 times higher than normal the day after a loved one dies. Over time the risk of an attack declines, but it remains elevated within that first month. In the first week after a loved one’s death, for example, the risk was six times higher than normal.
"And kids, that's why you should always keep your heart cold as ice...so you don't DIE." - Bitter Ted Mosby
I dig
As the photo demonstrates
It takes a lot to stand out in Times Square... See this and other random photos from my jaunts around NYC
