Advertising agencies interested in winning a company's advertising budget which is often worth millions can't just send a "do you like me, check yes or no" letter to that company. Pursuing the La-Z-Boy account, executives at RPA bought one of these iconic chairs and with a web cam attached to, they took turns sitting on it. The chair would always be occupied by somone unless La-Z-Boy agreed to a meeting with them. RPA ultimately won the $35 million account. Comment
