Cheeseburger in a can.  I doubt you will be able to find this at your local Whole Foods or Trader Joes.  This is the complete opposite of the nutritional and dieting advice I read once that a simple matrix to follow in a grocery store is to shop only along the outer edge of the store and to avoid the aisles.  The thinking goes that the fresh produce and meats are available on the edge while the inner aisles contain all the unhealthy artificial foods, such as...cheeseburger in a can. But I've been wondering.  Can a normal non fast-food cheeseburger be healthy?  Assuming you lightly pepper and salt the fresh ground beef, that in of itself isn't bad for you, right?  And a proper burger has the bread, so there's the grain food group there.  Add a few hefy piles of lettuce leafs and  couple thick tomato slices, and we've got the vegetable group taken care of.  Overall, a cheeseburger appears pretty nutritious and healthy to me.
