The New York Times has this great interactive and pretty captivating graphic that breaks down the demographic of Clinton and Obama supporters. To be Captain Obvious for a moment: the data that the graphic interprets suggests that gender, class, and especially race mattered strongly and had a substantive impact on how people voted. I'm not going into it here, but it's interesting to think about what this data means and what the repercussions, if any, will be for the Republican Party and conservatives in the years to come.
