Last week I tweeted that wearing socks with sandals needed to be socially acceptable in 2010. I was reminded of that when I read Christoph Niemann's illustrated weather forecast for 2010, especially his prediction for September 9: "Most people back to wearing long pants, with lingering socks and sandals."
