Have you ever been in a meeting where you are swinging your chair backwards and forwards, frustrated or bored with the agenda? The seesaw will mean everyone will be working together, if any of your colleagues are not connected with the sway of the meeting then the seesaw won`t rock with the work. the other connotation is that the movement of the sculpture would be likened to cogs turning, and the thought process being physical and flowing.
