Your summer jam of 2010: This mash-up of Mos Def with Dub (reggae) music is blowing my mind. You can stream or download the entire album here.

Good Times Never Seem So Good

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9RodAn0pVw] I don't know how long this video will be good before suits get it pulled from YouTube, but here's Neil Diamond finally singing in person Sweet Caroline at Fenway Park in the Red Sox season opener against the New York Yankees. One of the coolest traditions in modern sports IMHO.

Pre-Famous Wicked Game

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzXfpiUtF5c] Here's Chris Isaak performing "Wicked Game" (before it became an awesomely topless Helena Christensen music video and Billboard top 10 hit) on Art Fein's cable access show on December 26, 1990. Cable access! This song would eventually reach #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in January 1991.

Kids Dance in this H&M Viral

Add one part flash mob, one part synchronized dancing by kids in a public setting and you have the latest viral marketing effort from H&M.  I've said it before, but if the future of advertising and marketing involves massively synchronized dancing then I TOTALLY CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FUTURE. Also, an Asian high five to the kid who kicks off the whole event.

Last Night's Party

Wow, its been awhile since I've done one of these. Without further adieu, here are a few photos from last Thursday when I went to Brooklyn Bowl with a few friends for some Blue Ribbon fried chicken dinner, bowling, beer and watching Rahzel and ?uestlove kill it on stage. Incidentally, someone in the audience and then Questlove Rick Rolled Rahzel. INTERNET BEATS HIP HOP. Note the beer glass in the middle with like five slices of lemon. Wow, someone (*coughnnamdicough*) likes their beer fruity sour.

Ctoy and Nnam tied while, as expected MRod led the way eventually with a perfect score, which may or may not be true.

We were astonished at what a dude-fest it was that night. Look at this photo. I think the ratio of guys to gals was 100:3.

And here's the human beatbox doing his thing:
